The Flotilla meeting will be held on the third Tuesday of each month at the Rotonda West Community Center.
Uniform of the day is tropical blue.
The next Staff meeting will be held September 8, 2008 at 1900 hrs.
Regular Flotilla Meeting will be held July 15, 2008 at 1900 hrs.
There will be no Staff Meeting or Flotilla Meeting in August.

A special award was presented by Flotilla 8-9 to two of our members in appreciation for all their time, effort and hard work for 32 years of service to the U.S.C.G. Auxiliary.

is the theme for the conference.This will be COMO Allen Brown's last conference as Commodore for District 7. Plan to attend to support his last "hoorah" and support the Newly Elected Officers for 2009.
This is your opportunity to attend the training to Learn, then Contribute what you will learn and then go Inspire other Auxiliarists!
Tropical Dress Blue will be the uniform
for Friday & Saturday.
Thursday and Sunday will be casual dress. Elections and Formal Banquet will be held at the September Conference.
The Ladies Social will be held on Friday morning before the Opening Ceremonies.
"Fun Night" will be on Saturday night and the theme will be Halloween.
This is your opportunity to dress in a theme style or casual and have fun. There will be a music for your dancing pleasure.

Commander David Allen, Director of Auxiliary Seventh Coast Guard District, Commodore Allen W. Brown, Jr. and Vice Commodore Donald Frasch will be there. Rear Commodore Richard Leys-East, Ron Goldenberg - North and Walter Jaskiewiez - West will be attending.
This is a great opportunity to meet other Auxiliary members from the different Divisions and attend workshops and /or meetings to learn about the programs we are involved in.

National Conference (NACON) will be held in Orlando at the Rosen Centre Hotel August 21-24, 2008. Early bird registration ends July 17, 2008 and on line registration ends on August 10, 2008. After August 10, registration will only be available at the Conference Registration Desk at the hotel in Orlando starting on Wednesday the 20th.
